Chilton Trust provides a comprehensive range of services to over 100 Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) families. Despite consistently outperforming larger competitors, the firm sought assistance in effectively communicating why it consistently delivers superior value compared to many of the more well-known brands in the space.
Guiding a multi-disciplinary team, I offered strategic advice to Chilton on restructuring its diverse offerings to articulate its value proposition more effectively. This led to the development of a unified brand narrative and messaging pillars, serving as the cornerstone for their brand strategy. Subsequently, this strategy informed the creation of a new website and various other materials. Among the solutions crafted was a video series, featured below, comprising interviews with Chilton's founder and other executives—a pivotal element in driving the Chilton brand story.
