PwC dedicates substantial resources to strengthen its connections with former staff, aiming to cultivate a robust pipeline for potential new business opportunities.
The "Alumni Key" campaign, initiated by a partner agency before my tenure at PwC, laid the groundwork for the program's development. Upon joining, I took on the responsibility of building upon the agency's efforts and ensuring the achievement of established goals.
In addition to creating a comprehensive suite of materials to enhance the existing foundation, I played a pivotal role in the core team responsible for planning and executing "Alumni University." This signature event, hosted at the Mandarin Oriental hotel in Washington, D.C., proved to be highly successful, quickly becoming one of PwC’s most popular and recognized events.

The deck above features the various tactics my team developed in support of the program. These include the Alumni University event, mentioned above, a full suite of marketing materials and the Keyword redesigned magazine

Above are three postcard we developed as a way to keep ensure continuous communication with former PwC staff

All the materials shown above were created upon the launch of the program as I took over from the agency who developed the Alumni Key campaign. All the photography is custom and was produced across multiple locations
