Established as a forward-looking technology growth equity firm, Recognize was founded by three distinguished business veterans: Frank D’Souza, former CEO of Cognizant, a global business consulting, information technology, and outsourcing services company; Charles Phillips, former President of Oracle and CEO/Chairman of Infor; and David Wasserman, former senior partner at Clayton Dubilier & Rice.

Leveraging our extensive expertise in the private equity realm, Recognize enlisted our services to produce a series of videos. These videos aimed to narrate the compelling story behind why these three accomplished individuals joined forces to create this innovative venture and the substantial opportunities it presents for its investors.
